The book/Psalter called Reading the Psalms with Luther is a convenient resource to make Psalm reading meditation part of one’s day.
This book has Psalms laid out for simple chant. I find myself simply reading/praying the Psalms. This work also includes introductions from Luther and collects to end the Psalm portions. At times I will use these to help my own reflection, but I normally just carry the work because it is a handy size for my brief case, and I have it marked according to daily evening and afternoon readings for covering the Psalms in one month’s time.
The bookmark I use in my Psalter is the handout I distribute at church which includes the Q&A for each Lord’s Day from the Heidelberg Catechism. That allows me to have the week’s catechism readings handy as well.
Here is a Psalm Reading bookmark that helps one read/pray the Psalms each morning and evening, covering the psalms monthly. You may download the book mark here:

Here’s another resource worth considering – learning to sing the Genevan Psalter. You can find an excellent resource for this on our Links page, the Genevan Psalter Resource Center.
