The Editor of the Heidelberg Catechism Project is Rev. Chuck Huckaby.
Rev. Huckaby’s ministerial credentials are with the Calvin Synod, a Reformed Synod in the United States. The Calvin Synod is descended from the Hungarian Reformed Church and maintaining, with local adaptations, the creeds, confessions, and worship of the Reformation Faith as it developed historically in what are now parts of Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia. Calvin Synod coat of arms is pictured to the right…
While the site aims to serve all who love the Heidelberg Catechism, it will have special reference to the confessions of the Calvin Synod and Hungarian Reformed Church: the Second Helvetic Confession and Heidelberg Catechism. These confessions are the most widely accepted statements of the Reformed faith from the Reformation Era.
This work here will be continually updated as time and resources allow. The editor apologizes in advance for mistakes made and hopes readers will judge the work done here with Christian charity.
